Low Cost Airlines flying from the United Kingdom
Your local airport may now be the gateway to exotic points in Europe. Bristol, Newcastle, Liverpool, Southampton and Manston (Kent) are all quickly establishing themselves as fast points of departure for Britain's low cost airlines. Easyjet and Ryanair are the big carriers but don't overlook British European or fast growing Air Berlin which operates from the UK to Spain, Portugal, Italy and Germany.
