Quitting
Some basic rules for quitting a job.
 | It is always easier to leave a job if you already have a new one ! |
If you dont have a new job to go to then:
| Ensure that your finances are in good order so that you can survive for a period of time without an income. |
| Tap your networks before you quit. |
| If you are planning to become self employed line up potential clients first. |
| Consider whether there are certain times when it is better to quit. Have you already received your year end bonus ? |
| Try to leave your company on good terms; whatever your private feeling may be. |
| Never quit in a snit. Think first. |
