Emirates between April and June 2017 is adjusting operations on selected routes, including aircraft changes or frequency reduction.
Some of the changes may arise from the Holy month of Ramadan which starts from 27th May 2017; during this month there is significant reduction in tourism and traveling.

A number of A380 service are being withdrawn during this period and replaced with 777s. It does make you wonder what the future plans are for the A380 and the remaining Emirates orders.
