The following notice was posted on the CMFC facebook page this morning. What is unclear is why the club chose to post this today and what actions or conversations have now taken place between the parties.
One way or another clarification of who legally owns the club seems overdue.
CMFC English remains blocked by the club – but a few questions seemed appropriate: and were asked from my personal account. How long before that is blocked again?
“Maybe you could helpfully explain some of the actions from earlier this season that suggest the club and the current president were involved with Mr. Conceicao:
1. Who sourced the Brazilian sponsors whose names are on the shirts for this season? Fortec, for instance, is a Sao Paulo based facade maintenance company. It is unlikely that they are looking for work in Mon Jam.
2. The regular presence of Mr. Conceicao at pre-season training…and at pre season friendlies. See pictures below.
3. A picture (which looks to be taken at the end of a cordial business meeting) from 19 July 2024, posted online, with the the current club president; Khun Sand – the previous president; Mr Conceicao; Reuther Moreira, and other individuals.
A little clarification would help explain why it was necessary to post this notice today.
